A bone-in rib, a frozen tuna collar, a pet chew with hard edges — sharp points are where ordinary vacuum film fails. One pinhole and the pack loses its vacuum, its shelf life and its shelf appeal.
Our heavy-duty vacuum film is engineered for that moment. High anti-puncture strength resists protruding bones and rigid edges, while a one-side heat-seal layer delivers a strong, hermetic seal that survives handling, transport and cold storage.
It is also built to be converted. The corona-treated side accepts dry lamination, solvent-free lamination or PP extrusion lamination, so your converter can pair it with the barrier structure your product actually needs — PA/PE, PET/AL/PE, or a mono-material recyclable build.
Packing flexes with your line: palletized rolls for high-volume runs, or customized widths, lengths and core specs to suit your machine.
