1、 Preparation work
1. After receiving the production notice and process order, carefully review and clarify the variety, specifications, quantity, material, and relevant technical parameters of the printed product. If there are any doubts, please provide feedback to the technical department in a timely manner and confirm the correctness before proceeding with the preparation work.
2. Check power on: Before turning on the power, check all switches and buttons to ensure they are in the normal position before powering on. And check whether the oil and air circuits are unobstructed, as well as the lubrication condition of each lubrication part.
3. According to the specifications of the printed film, collect the ink, printing film, and plate roller required for production from the warehouse. Check the specifications of the printing film, whether the corona surface and thickness uniformity can meet the production requirements.
4. Plate roller inspection: Before installing the plate, the plate roller should be carefully inspected. First, check whether the plate number is consistent and whether the plate roller has any scratches, dents, or detachment. The new version also needs to check whether the chrome plating and polishing effects meet the printing requirements.
5. Installation: After receiving the plate roller, turn on the air compressor before starting up. First, check whether the plate roller has scratches or returned screws.
6. Install and adjust the ink scraper: Before pressing the scraper, use a non greasy sandpaper to sharpen it. After grinding, use a cotton cloth to wipe the scraper clean to prevent residual sand particles from damaging the plate roller. Then raise the ink tank to allow the plate roller to penetrate into the ink tank. Press down the scraper blade and adjust the angle between the scraper blade and the plate roller.
7. After cleaning the ink tray, stick the plastic film and mix the solvent and ink according to the requirements of the process sheet. Measure the viscosity of ink. Generally, the viscosity of color ink is 16-18 seconds, and the viscosity of white ink is 14-16 seconds. After meeting the requirements, start pumping ink.
8. According to the operating specifications of the gravure printing machine, carry out plate installation and parameter preset work. Choose the appropriate embossing roller.


2、 Start up production
1. After the compensation process is completed, start the machine. Press the pressure roller to perform preliminary embossing and typesetting, adjust the angle of the scraper, and assign tasks reasonably to the on duty personnel to accurately and quickly complete the various color typesetting work.
2. Ink blending personnel should blend ink according to the technical requirements of the production process sheet, ensuring accurate measurement and measurement. When blending spot colors, they can only be used when the sample is compared and the effect is the same.
3. The unwinding department personnel are responsible for the quality and control of printing substrates, inspecting and confirming the specifications, thickness, variety, corona discharge, and surface flatness of flexible packaging printing films.
4. The computer tracking is normal, the vehicle speed is at medium speed, and precise printing and error correction are carried out with the help of strobe lights.
5. Compare the color and ink transfer effect of the cut material after precise overprinting with the sample or sample bag, and adjust quickly if there is any deviation.
6. During the production process, personnel from various positions cooperate with each other and conduct patrol inspections. The captain is responsible for the overall planning and quality control of the entire process.
7. Monitor the overprinting situation, color deviation, and the presence of knife threads and color equality of printed materials at all times. Fill in the product tracking card when downloading, and mark the joints and non-conforming product sections with explanations.


3、 Work after shutdown
1. After printing, turn off the steam valve and stop the cooling water and heating exhaust system.
2. Lift the pressure roller, clean the plate roller, rinse the ink pump, clean the removed plate, wrap it up and send it to the warehouse.
3. Weigh the remaining printing film, write down the specifications, weight, package and return to the warehouse.
4. Turn off the air compressor to drain the cylinder water and cut off the power supply.
5. Clean up the site and fill out the production record form.
