Analysis of Factors Affecting the Adaptability of Film gravure Printing

Release time:2024-08-14

1,Uniformity of film thickness

Uneven thickness can result in inaccurate color matching, uneven ink application, and even saturation differences in the same graphic and text areas of the printed product.

2,Wetting tension value of PE plastic bag

Usually, corona treatment is commonly used to improve the surface energy. The film required for printing must have a surface wetting tension of at least 31yn/cm. If the surface wetting tension value of the film is low, it will result in poor ink application and low ink adhesion.

3,Friction coefficient

Due to the high friction coefficient, PE bags will generate significant resistance during printing, causing the film to stretch and deform, affecting the printing effect; If the friction coefficient is too low, the PE plastic bag may slip, making it difficult to correct the deviation and making color matching easy.
