High-performance food-grade vacuum packaging solutions built for your food business. Our 9-layer PA-PE co-extruded film is produced without adhesive glue to avoid solvent residue, and can be configured with or without EVOH layer to adjust barrier performance for different shelf-life targets.
We provide both smooth and embossed formats, including smooth film, single-side printed embossed film and embossed roll stock. Delivering excellent puncture resistance, freezer-safe property and tight air-tight sealing, these films extend shelf-life for meat, seafood, grains, fresh chilled produce and ready-to-eat items. They also suit selected liquid-filled spout pouches for daily-use products.
Entirely constructed from thermoplastic resins, the adhesive-free co-extruded structure supports better recyclability compared to glue-bonded laminated films, matching EU sustainability requirements.
